I decided on a rosewood tie bridge for the #008 tenor ukulele. I milled the 7/32" saddle slot. Then a channel was cut using a 1/4" rounded bit between the saddle and string block. The two saddle wings were milled with a 1/4" straight bit and filed to the 1/8" edge. Two edges of the tie block were recessed 1/16" and inlayed with bone. The string holes were drilled at an angle by tipping the drill table at five degrees. The outer holes were counter sunk about 1/8".
