The bridge was fabricated from rosewood. It was shaped using a cylindrical sander on the drill press. The bridge was located equidistant from the twelfth fret to the nut. The shellac was removed and the bridge was glued. Location of the bridge pins were determined, drilled, reamed and chamfered. The bone saddle was cut and shaped.
