Back to the drafting board. The neck template was redesigned and traced on a new blank. The dovetail templates were fabricated from clear 1/4" acrylic plastic and attached to their respective jigs. I modified the neck dovetail jig with an opening to attach the shop vac hose. I repurposed a detergent bottle cap by opening up both ends and screwing the cap to the jig. The shop vac connection works well evacuating most of the saw dust.
