The ukulele sides were carefully fitted to the back by sanding on the radius dish. Then small recesses were cut into the kerfing to accommodate the back and soundboard braces. The back was "dry fitted" to check proper alignment. The back was glued, clamped and set to dry overnight. The back was trimmed and sanded flush to the sides using my "Robo-sander". Then the soundboard was attached to the sides using the same procedure.
