Attach Bridge and Neck

The rosewood  bridge width was cut with the table saw and three bridge blanks were cut by hand.  The 3/32" saddle slot was cut with the mill to a depth of 3/16" to accommodate an under saddle pickup. The bridge  ends were  shaped with two radii using the robo-sander and hand sanded to a smooth finish.
The bridge was located using my Stew-Mac tool setting the saddle equi-distance from the 12th fret in relation to nut (or zero fret). The bridge  and fret board location was masked off and shellac remover applied and scraped clean to bare wood. I left a 3/32" inside edge of the removal area to have a clean shellac edge once the bridge is glued to the top.

The holes for the bridge pins were drilled and reamed to fit. The bone nut and saddle were shaped and set up.
