The rosewood fret board was cut to shape and trued up to the proper dimensions. Abalone fret markers were inlayed at the 5th, 7th, 10th and 12th frets. Frets were pressed into the fret board. The fret edges were filed at a 45 degree angle, smoothed and leveled.
