The koa sides were bent on my side bender and heat blanket.
The sides were glued to the heel and tail blocks and trimmed to shape. The back side was sanded on the 15' radius dish to form a dome shape. The top side was sanded flat. Kerfing was glued to the top and the back sides. The kerfing on the back was glued slightly proud to allow for the radius configuration.
