After leveling the Z-Poxy filler the ukes were sprayed with 2 coats of shellac and multiple coats of water based lacquer. Since I didn't have a spraying rig, I used the Preval sprayer to apply the lacquer. I later found out the water based lacquer is not recommended for the Preval. Quite a bit of "orange peel" is present that needs to be leveled out. Before the final coats were applied, the finish was leveled off using 600 grit wet/dry sandpaper. Final coats were sprayed on and set to dry for at least a week.
