I notched the kerfing for the back braces with my Dremel 1/8th" router bit. I got too close to the side of the Tenor Uke and ripped a hole. Hopefully the mistake will be covered up by the binding. The tops and backs were trimmed with razor saw, small block plane and the Robo-sander.
