Level Binding & Purfling

The bindings and puflings were set aside to dry overnight. I removed the tape carefully to minimize pulling up sections of the grain. Areas that needed glueing were touched up with super glue. In the area where the binding came up short, I spliced a small piece of tortoise to complete the binding.

The binding and purfling were slightly proud above the soundboard and back. I leveled the binding and purfling with a scraper to match the wood surface.
