Cut Binding and Purfling Channels

Today I step routed the binding and purfling channels.  The first cut  was 5/32" width x 3/32" height for the black/white/black purfling.  The second cut was the 1/16" wide x 1/4"height for the faux tortoise
 binding.  The task went well with two minor areas that will need some hand work and filling.  The setup was time consuming.  Leveling and keeping the ukes perpendicular to the router required many adjustments.
