Fabricate Bridge

In order to fabricate the ukulele bridge, I made another jig to cut the channel for the saddle. The jig essentially is a small mill consisting of a plunge router and machinist's vise that moves in the x and y direction. The jig uses a 3/32" down-cut carbide router bit (available from stew-mac). The saddle fabrication consists of the following steps:
1. Cut saddle channel to a depth of 1/8" in the rosewood bridge blank.
2. Drill four holes for the bridge pins and ream until the pins fit.
3. Shape the bridge ends with the a small cylindrical drum sander in the drill press.
