I installed geared Gotoh LPT planetary tuners to the headstock. The tuner holes were drilled with an 8mm drill bit and reamed to fit. The tuners are secured with a nut to the tuners, a simple installation. The Gotoh tuners are very light giving perfect balance to the ukulele.
