Locate & Attach Bridge

The bridge was located using my Stew-Mac saddlematic bridge-saddle locator. The tool insures the nut and saddle are equi-distant from the 12th fret. Once located the area was taped off and stripped of lacquer. The glue area was shifted 1/16" in to cover the finish slightly. I hand drilled two of the bridge pin holes through the sound board to keep the bridge from shifting during the glue up. For temporary bridge pins, I used two round tapered pieces of wood cut from a disposable chopstick and wrapped with Teflon tape. The bridge was glued and clamped using the above jig.
