Baritone Ukulele (B-6) Ukulele Completed

The six string Baritone Ukulele is finished. I installed six Gotoh SG381 geared tuning pegs on the uke. The Gotohs have taller string posts which was needed to clear the thicker peg head. The ukulele is tuned to "C" ADGCEA and able to play with other ukuleles. The strings are La Bella 'Requinto'. I tuned the ukulele down a half step and to full pitch the next day. The ukulele didn't sound that great at the beginning, probably the strings and the ukulele settling under tension. The following day, It sounded much better. After three days it sounds great. The saddle is corian, it will be replaced with a bone saddle. The bass strings are very deep and all strings have good sustain.
