I made a tenor mold from the plans and the outline of my Martin Tenor out of 3/4' plywood. The mold consists of a female mold(outside) and male mold (inside). The pre-bent sides did not match my mold exactly, but it was close enough. I spent a lot of time adjusting the sides to meet the mold shape. From here on, I will be bending the sides by myself.
